  • Contact us using this website or your local store. A representative will visit you and customize your home delivery service, if desired.
  • If you choose we will enroll you in the money-saving V.I.P. Club.
  • We will leave you with 2 Battistons Delivery On Call Bags.
  • We will customize your cleaning preferences- master cleaning vs. casual cleaning, starch in shirts, etc.
  • We will choose a convenient location for you to leave your bags.
  • We will automate the payment process by credit or auto-pay checking debit* - your choice!
  • We will provide you with a welcome packet of information on your route representative and the V.I.P. Club.

3) Do I need to be home?

No, we will pick-up and deliver to a
pre-established place of your choosing.

4) How do I pay for my Drycleaning Service?

We will set up a pre-arranged payment program of your choosing. You may decide to have a credit card charged upon delivery, or you may choose to auto-draft your checking account weekly.

5) How do I communicate special requests
      or stain information about my garments?

Communication can be written on a special form or on any note paper and placed in your bag.

6) Can I speak with my route representative
      if I need to?

Absolutely! Your route representative can be contacted by phone and is available to help you with any advice you need, or for scheduling changes.
