With MyDryCleaner Mobile, you can check the status of your current in-process and ready orders or go back through your previous order history and billing. View our latest coupons and show one to us with your incoming order to get great savings. Drycleaner On Call customers can also request a will-call pickup. You can call or e-mail us right from the app. And you can turn it into a GPS and get directions to our store.
The app can only be accessed if you can also access Customer Connect, which is to say that it is only available to customers in our West Hartford, Glastonbury, Manchester and Vernon stores and the Drycleaner On Call customers served by those stores. You also must already have an e-mail address attached to your account.
How to Install the MyDryCleaner Mobile App on Your Device Today
Once you've downloaded the app to your phone, there are two methods to log in:
First things first, let's download the app if you haven't already. Search "mydrycleaner" (you'll get there quickest if you do it as one word) in the App Store or Google Play, or better yet, just follow these links for iPhone or Android.
Every customer has a unique six-character invitation code connected to your account. The quickest way to get access to the app is to grab your unique invitation code. To get your invitation code, you can e-mail us, call your store, or ask for one at the counter when you visit us. (Please note that you must have an existing account with us first, and the account must have your e-mail address on file.)
Android version: Enter the invitation code at the top of the sign-in screen, ignore the next few fields, and click on Connect to Account.
iOS version: Ignore the entire first page of the sign-in screen and click past it by selecting the invitation code option at the bottom, then enter your code.
After you've submitted the invitation code, you'll be prompted for a password (unless you've already created one on battistons.com). Make it 6-8 characters, with at least one capital letter, one lower-case letter and one number. Don't think about it too hard - once you're past this screen, your login data will be saved and you'll never need it again on the mobile app. (The same invitation code will work for you on any subsequent devices you want to install the app on, but you won't need to re-enter your password again. But that password will now be live for you to use here on the web version of Customer Connect.)
If successful, you'll go straight to the MyDryCleaner Mobile home screen and the Battiston's logo will appear at the top of your screen. Once the app has been successfully loaded the first time, you'll automatically go to this homepage every time in the future without having to re-enter your login info.
If you want to open the mobile app without getting the authorization code from us, you'll need to have already tried out the web version of Customer Connect and created a password for your account. If you've done that, you can fill out three data fields: your e-mail and password plus a third entry for Store ID. For Store ID, type in BATTISTONSCT (yes, in all caps).
