Battiston's Fabric Care Specialists Center, one of New England's largest volume dry cleaners, was founded by Lino J. Battiston in West Hartford, CT in 1946. Now with over 50 years of service and 25 locations and routes, the Battiston family continues to participate, along with other owners.

In 1992 BATCO, the Franchisor and the Franchisees made the key strategic decision to utilize Management and Planning Tools of Total Quality Management. The pride and craftsmanship that began when Lino Battiston started the business 50 years ago is now more evident than ever in our workplace and to the
customers we serve.
